I am a 63 year old female who is handicapped and living on a fixed income. Isaw the add for free lotto number and even though I am not someone to spend money on numbers I was curious enough to check out the site, never knowing that they would start taking money out of my charge card.

I have been very sick for a few months and had just been writing out checks for payment on my card without looking at my statements because my daughter would mail them for me. But today I received my statement and as I was lying here in bed with my oxygen on I opened my statement and wondered why I was over limits again so as I read the statement and found this FREELOTTO I called the bank and they advised me that this company has been doing this since OCT. 2004 without my knowledge. There should be something that can be done about companies like this.
