I downloaded one of their screensavers and liked it so much, that I was interested in the full version. Freeze.com advertised a free membership (which entitles the customer to the full versions of all their screensavers, for one year), if I respond to one of the offers on their site. I was interested in the "Video Professor" programs, and signed up for them.
I received the merchandise several months ago, but no free membership. Although I contacted Freeze.com repeatedly (per e-mail, through a link on their site, which seems to be the only way to contact them), I have never received a reply.
