Magazine Ripoff. NBAF doesn't deliver my Fine Homebuilding Magazine

Purchased a subscription for Fine Homebuilding from NBAF (nbaf.com) and the transactoin posted to my checking account but no magazine! This was a gift so it was to be delivered to someone else. Maybe they thought I wouldn't find out? Tried to contact them but e-mails are ignored. Tried to phone them but the phone is disconnected. Tried to contact the webmaster and the e-mail is rejected. Tried to follow their link fron other magazine websites but comes to a dead end.
