Ripoff Never made a dollar and still charged my credit card

I answered an email saying come work with Ebay thinking Ebay is a reputable company. No work was done with ebay. I have a copy of the original email sent to me. The person I spoke with was Tres Cosper, I have all my original notes. He asked me for my credit card number in good faith, he said that I would not be charged $5300, until I started to make money. I started to decline but he assured me he would not charge my account. He made it sound like a good deal and I trusted him.

Anyway he scheme was to sell products on a web page from online suppliers. He told me that the $5300. Was all I had to pay out, it was not true after a month I was already putting out $50. And it was climbing. The coach that I spoke with was very short tempered and annoyed with me, he was supposed to spend 1/2 an hour but was short on time. The CD's they sent 1 didn't work the other sounded like someone not in command of the English language and illerate - not useful. I never had a customer after 2 months. They lied to me saying they sent me $250 which they didn't, I asked for a copy of the signed check and they droped that issue. When I couldn't pay the $50. A month any more the web site disappeared. Consequently they charged my American Express account $5300. I tried to reason with Tres' boss but he was so nasty I had to hang up. He also left a extremely nasty message on my phone which I taped.

Please help me, I am an elderly woman and cannot pay this scam. Thank you
