Two Fraudulent Card Charges, No Way to Reach a Human

My card was charged fraudulently twice on October 9, 2026. I did not initiate this and told my credit card company it was fraud. The card was cancelled and I am still awaiting resolution.

There is no way to contact this company by phone and no way to talk to a human being.
