Fraudulent charge to credit card. The report is supposed to be FREE as mentioned. Misinforming comsumers RIPOFF

I saw a charge of $9.95 on my credit card statement and at first I did not even recognize the company that made the charge. Then I realized that I did sign up for a free credit report that dell.com advertises on there financial service website. It was supposed to be a free report and I do not remember authorizing the charge.

Anyways, I tried to call the company but it always says that their offices are closed. Then I read about so many other people reporting against this company and realized that its a rip-off. These people are misinforming consumers and ripping off hunderds of thousands of their hard earned money.

I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the transaction. At first they asked me to call the company that made the charge and were not ready to dispute it unless I called them. Then I directed them to this website and finally got them to dispute this transaction and get a credit on my account. I also cancelled my card to avoid any future charges.

There is a lawsuit against this company and I hope that these people are brought to justice.
