Scammed out of $300 By Bitcoin Mining Scammers

Someone by the name of Regina Harrison Forex advised me that "she" was a trader who makes money trading bitcoin for others. First she told me I'd need to pay $200 in Bitcoin and after 1 week I'd be able to withdraw my earnings. So, after I bought the $200 in Bitcoin she then said "oh, I'm sorry, the fee is actually $300. This was the first flag but I bought the other $100 in Bitcoin and sent it to the wallet address which she provided to me.

She sent me a link to a website where I could sign up, see my profile and watch my "account" as it grew. She said there was a network of miners working on our accounts and assured me they were experts. Hell, I wouldn't have known the difference. The whole thing was very sophisticated. Soon, I would withdraw funds, I thought.

Within 2 days of being able to withdraw earnings she started messaging me through Hangouts that now it is required that I pay another $500 to upgrade my account and "to unlock" the withdraw feature so I could take my earnings. Of course this is the first time hearing about unlocking any features. In addition, I would have to pay another $500. I had had enough. I told Ms Harrison Forex she cold take the additional $500 from my "earnings" which of course she said cold not be done.

I called her out as a thief, told her to not contact me anymore and reported the whole situation as what I believed to be a scam. The other website investigated and confirmed to me that it was a scam. She must have found out about that because she tried to contact me again and pretended to want to give me my money back so I "could leave her company alone". Longer story short, I lost my money but I don't want others to lose theirs. I am reporting this in hopes to prevent scammers from making a living from hurting other people
