Refused a $497 refund for services I never used

1. Greig Wells has refused to refund me $497 paid in May, even though it was shown that the services were not used. They refuse to send me a simple PayPal refund directly to my PayPal ID.

2. Kimberly Clark (per her LinkedIn, Operations Manager for Greig) was very unhelpful: she blocked me and made her LinkedIn page invisible once I messaged her about the situation.

Greig Wells does not use basic email for communication. Everything is handled via Zendesk Messenger services (each business has its own service).

Greig Wells, LinkedInception and Kimberly Clark confirmed my purchase and confirmed that no citations were used, but refused to honor the refund, citing that it was too long in the past for PayPal to process. They refuse to send me a simple, fast, direct $497 to my PayPal account. In addition, they offered me the 10 citations for free and free access to their newest product (all documented in their saved messenger communication). I declined, and they have refused across all forms of media to refund me. Now they have blocked me on all media sources so far.

5. Based on their treatment and evasion, what will they do to new customers who desire a refund?
