Ripoff, fraud help desk, fraud email, won't respond

I Joined this site for the downloads could not get the downloads to work. After the first three months I was charged again on my credit card. My Card Company said they would refund me the charge but I have to cancel the membership. They gave me a POBOX address but first I have tried through their website. The help desk takes complaints and priority 1-5 on how urgent a response is. 85 days later no response to a urgency 1 and another charge later. Tried emailing them a letter; was a fake email address.
So I will be sending a certified letter to the POBOx and see what happens with that. Will let you know.
