I have bought a kindle fire HD on June 20 at Zbiddy.com, up to now, i don't get it, Every time when i call the customer service, they said i should wait some days beside say sorry, how many time call i had make, i cann't remember, could you give me some advice how to get my money back or get the Kindle fire HD ASAP.
1. Is it too long to get my money back?
2, is there any organization to supervise the company or give a finement to them on this kind of case
