MWI Simple Escapes/homeworks Plus ripoff

I don't know how they recieved my ATM/Debit card information, but 4 withdrawls of $9.95, two for this month and two for last month have been deducted from my account. It is 2 AM right now in California. I called the numbers and I have to call back during business hours. I did NOT authorize any such withdrawl and I want to get my money back.

I'm not sure what to click below. I don't know how or who gave them my information. All I know is they are on my banking statement for $9.95 for both companies for this month and last month statements. So I clicked other.
