Unauthorized Charge

I made a single trial payment of $1.99 to BF3H.com (Which, keep in mind, was labelled as $1.95 on the website) who provided me with a VIRUS (which now is started up as "Form1" - clearly a.net application - whenever I log into my account on my computer) instead of the software I was promised, and then I was charged an additional $29.95 for this virus subscription to be renewed without my authorization.

I contacted SafeCart support about a $1.99 refund after I found that I had received a virus in place of the software I was promised.

I received no response, and still have not even after this second charge has gone through over 6 days later.

I was then charged an additional $35 in an overdraft fee, which I expect to be compensated for.

I made no agreement to send an additional $29.95.

When I made this payment I was only shown this as reference to the Terms of Service: Information submitted as required by this payment process is handled within the constraints of our industry-leading privacy policy and terms of service.

Which was hotlinked only to, what looked to be, the Privacy Policy, but was labelled as the Terms of Service AND Privacy Policy. This covered nothing concerning addition charges or follow-up payments, nor did BF3H.com, whom I was sending the payment to.
