Ripped off my bank account for $179.90 including non Ssufficient funds fees in August 29

I got a call from a man and he said I was to receive vouches for $200.00 in a dinning club and could save $25.00 on my cellphone bill a month. For just $3.95 and if you do not want then keep the $200.00 vouches as a gift for trying. I told him no but he keep on talking and finally I said I would try it. This was for only $3.95 to try.

He said he need my checking acct number for the $3.95. So I gave it to him he said to look at the packet when it came and if I did not want it just cancel it. Well the packet came and I saw it was a internet service and cellphone and a calling call well I also saw that it cost $149.90 just to start with and them it would be like $99.00 a month from then on and I knew I could not afford this because I only get $863.00 a month on my disability check.

So I call the same day I got the packet and cancel it. The Lady said that it was cancel and I ask her over and over and she ywes it was cancel I told her I would not have the money in the bank for this for she said it was alright that she cancel it. I did not think anything about this till I got a NSF from the bank and then I look on mt acct. On line and saw they took out of my acct. On Aug. 20 the $3.95 and $149.90 and the NSF for $30.00 was also took out

Well I just about had a heartattack whem I saw this I call them right then and she was so sorry for this mistake she would send me 2 forms one for the $149.90 and the other for the $30.00 for the NSF. Well I have call every week since Sept. 2004 and still have not got my money they keep saying in 10 to 15 days I ask them what 10 or 15 days you talking about because since Aug it has been a lot of 10 to 15 days. I called today 1/04 and they said the same thing again I just want my money back that is all and to let everyone know not to do what I have done and hook-up did not talk to them.
