Ripoff! Dishonest fraudulent billing!

I ordered sunglasses online from the web site www.replicaoutlet.com and despite their website saying "Orders outside of the United States: Ship Air Mail 4-7 Day, " it took well over a month to receive my sunglasses. I had emailed the company several times inquiring as to when I would receive my sunglasses however I never did receive a reply. Finally, I received my sunglasses. They had compensated me with an additional pair "free of charge" for not having the exact make of sunglasses I had ordered.

A few weeks later I was late paying my visa bill and to my surprise I find three charges Dec. 13 $225.00 us dollars dec. 13 $225.00 us dollars, dec. 13 $285.00 US DOLLARS in addition to the correct charge Nov. 16 $32.50 US DOLLARS I called the number listed on my visa bill 310-734-1533 and was not surprised to find that the number is not in service. I also emailed the company again, and of course, did not receive a reply.

I have reported the matter to my visa company and have been informed that they will contact the company and request receipts for these charges. The company has 45 days to provide receipts at which point VISA will send me all information, letters and forms for disputing the charges. Visas have assured me that should these charges be fraudulent or incorrect all interest will be reversed. I am currently a waiting to hear from VISA.
