Ripoff - Pat Tillman jersey never delivered

I ordered a Pat Tillman Jersey in Oct, they charged my card that day. I emailed their customer service 3 times, finally got a responds late Nov of "it will ship any day now" (didn't know then my card was already charged). Research now tells me manufacturer will not even make this jersey until March yet they charged my card and now ignore my emails. I will be charging this back on my Mastercard
