None delivery of won action items

We signed up on May 2 with Z-biddy.com.
We won a 25 dollar best buy card and was to get a 100 dollar gas card. We waited the 48 hours to watch for the shipment and today is 5/19 and we still have noting from the company. We have tried more than numerous times to reach someone with this company.
So we are out 59.00 dollars with nothing to show for it. We also have copied the confirmations from their website of what we won dates etc.
