Rip-off! Failure to deliver paid for goods as won at auction

I to have been ripped off to the tune of $471.00 by this so seller or processor for a Cybershot DSC-F828 Camera. The facts are as stated in the previous posting ripoffs. However, you should never try and ripoff a postal employee.

Except by law he's responsible for mail fraud and all monies collected. I've filed a formal complaint with the USPS Postal Inspection Service located in Chicago IL. Eugene Loroch is already in their system and database. He will soon be arrested on several federal charges of mail fraud and attempted mail fraud. I don't expect to get my money back except for $175.00 from Yahoo Insurance. Enjoy Xmas in jail Eugene.
