RIPOFF fraudulent billing crooks

I did not file for services with CIC Credit Group. I did sign up for Privacy Plus Credit Bureau and could not see my information because I couldn't pull up on my PC, so I cancelled. They cancelled promptly & closed my acct. Then CIC Credit has been withdrawing out of my VISA Debit/checking acct. Ever since.
