Ripoff billing stealing by use of internet

On 11-5-04 we received bill from Premier Premium communcations. For 60.00 dollars. I called premier and was told to write a letter dening the bill. Also send a log sheet (I am an over the road truck drivr) to prove I was not home to use the computer on 10/13/04. But that I was home on 10/15/04, and was in bed at 6:30 am. The telephone co. Told me they had complaints on this co. And would take the charges off my bill. And put a lock on that company from using my phone line.

I have received an other bill for 64.95 they have late charges of 4.95 on it. On 12/11/04 and are threating to turn it over to collection agency.
