Nexiderm of inc. NEXIDERM - ripoff fraudulent billing practices and no response thru email or phone

I ordered a free trial sample on-line. I got the free sample (paid $9.95 for shipping) and promptly cancelled the "trial period" the day I received the product (Nov 2nd) and five days before the trial offer was over (Nov 7th). I did this via email, as when I called the phone message said I called during peak hours and to call back later.

A few days later when I downloaded checking account information from my bank I noticed that my debit card had been charged by Boehm-Ritter on Nov 11th for $49.95 for the initial shipment. I emailed and said I had already cancelled and that I would refuse the product and would expect a credit to my account when they received the refused shipment.

Well, I never got the product and my account was never credited. I've called several times, always the same message - busy time, call back later. I've emailed three times and have not gotten one response. The last email was on Nov 30th. It's the only email I saved and here is a copy:

Would someone please respond to this message? This is my third attempt and I've tried several times to phone, also. I received my initial trial ordered and then cancelled before the cancel date. I was then billed for another order, that never came, incidentally. I need to be credited $49.95 and be assured that my "membership" has been cancelled. Thank you. If I don't hear back from anyone within 24 hours I'm going to start researching how to report this company for bad business. Thank you for your time.

Polite and to the point and I did not get a response. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau:
