Inkjet refill ripoffs

I had ordered bulk refill ink to make printer refill kits. We sold them at various flea markets in florida. Needing the ink fast for the upcoming weekend i had ordered next day delivery. I didnt get the ink the next day in fact it was four days later. When i contacted them it was pass the buck to u.P.S. Then u.P.S. Told me no it was global inks responsibility for a refund on my next day delivery. This went on for over three months until finally i quit calling them back. So far i have never seen a cent of my money back and very poor customer relations from global ink i will not order from them again and also i advise all of my friends and country men to the same.
