EBillit - PaymentOne ripoff. Being suckered for the last 8 months. Unable to stop eBillit from charging my Verizon phone even after 12 calls

Ebillit is repeatedly charging my senior dad (78 years old) $28.90 for a service he never ever authorized. He is in a fix income. After numerous phone calls to various reps I was promised month after month that it will no longer appear on my dad's phone bill, but they lied it still appears on the phone bill. WE have paid over $231 in Ebillit fees for a service that (1) Was never authorized. (2) Never used. This is clearly a dishonest company who prey on innocent ederly people.
