Ripoff scam iPod bad karma Delray Beach

I responded to an offer from eMarket Research Group for a free 40gb iPod for trying ONE of their partner offers, which I did: I tried blockbuster.com's 2-week free trial.
However, when I checked the redemption page, somehow the requirements had changed from the initial offer; it now said I needed to fulfill SIX partner offers (if it had said that in the first place I never would have done it, too much work... I responded specifically because it said all I had to do was complete ONE partner offer) and it also said I had not completed ANY partner offers. However, I can prove that I have indeed done so.
Now I just now checked the redemption page, and now it doesn't even find my email address in the database. This must be a mistake because it is definitely the address I registered with, plus, since registering, to my dismay I have been receiving spam in huge quantities now and I know it is due to registering on their site.
My emails to support have gone unanswered, and, needless to say, I don't have my iPod.
This is obviously a scam outfit run by people who don't believe in the Golden Rule and who think they can escape the incontrovertible law of karma.
