When reading the offer I was presented by Katherine Scott at the website-personalinstantcash.com I thought what a great opportunity, until I couldn't even get the program that I paid for to download. After having numerous troubles w / the program and wasting almost two hours messin' w / the site I realized it was probably a SCAM!
