Breach of agreement

Do NOT do business with this company. I signed up for service beginning on 2/1, and made it perfectly clear that my credit card was not to be charged until then, because I already had service that was not due to terminate until 1/31. On 1/16, they charged my card for $995, despite being specifically told not to. When I called them and asked them to reverse the charges, and initiate service on 2/1 as initially instructed, they refused to do so.instead, he complained about a couple of pennies that he said he would have paid in bank service charges. So, instead of offering what any other company would consider basic good customer service, and trying to salvage the situation and retain my business, they gave up what could have been a great, very profitable long-term relationship, for the short-term gain of $995.

This is definitely not the kind of business I want to associate with. Do not give these people your credit card information, whatever you do!
