My wife bought from this company online, not knowing that they were a ripoff. She ordered some items for christmas for me, and after waiting for more than 2 weeks we decided to check the status of the items, only to discover that they have been doing this for years. After a bunch of failed attempts to contact them, i am trying this... Someone needs to shut these idiots and crooks down
