Requested a component for my television from their website. They delivered one which was broken. They explained to deliver it back at my cost plus they might deliver a brand new one which was not damaged. I delivered it back at my cost. They established they had obtained it and stated they'd deliver a brand new one-out. Which was a couple of months before and that I have sent them repeatedly. Just obtaining responses about 1/4 of the time thatnot create any feeling (requesting my delivery address for that fifth period, requesting what my purchase quantity was for that 10th time despite the fact that its within the subject line, etc.)

Base line, they've my cash, I've nothing to exhibit for this. Which makes them thieves.

I believe this vendor has numerous websites. He also offers on aliexpress. Their name is Hanwen Peng.
