Marie and leanard they went into my checking account without my permission

Silverleaf took drop my account for a post dated check and then deposit it early causing my account to be overdraft. So I tried to contact cooperate and they was no help in the matter. I feel they do that type of thing all the time therefore I am looking to for legal action.
