Ripoff dishonest broke contract rude comments promised a service did not deliver contract was for same day service after I prepaid he was unreachable

I needed a logo for an impromptu meeting I had. I looked up same day or 24hr service on the internet, and got this company's name. I called him to see if we could get a logo for a new company that we were staring and he said no problem. This was on a Friday. After he had me pay in full, he told me to check my email around 5pm that day for his first drafts. He told us that we had unlimited revisions to the logo, and that he would be working until 1am Sat. Morning so that we can reach him all night. He even said that it might even be earlier, but he gave 5pm his deadline.

After receiving no emails or phone calls from him at 5:10, we called him and there was no response. We left several messages and emails through out the night, up until 1:45am Sat. Morning. We had a meeting that morning that we needed to logos for. I have made copy's of all email contact and phone records of our calls and contacts for anyone needing validity, and to show he made no attempt to contact us, even once. Saturday morning, three hours before our meeting. We finally get a hold of him at 9:00am. He never once apologized or made any kind of apology for not providing what he promised, but he told us to give him an hour and a half to work on it and he will send it to us ASAP. Well, apparently he did not even look at my site because he gave me 4 logos promoting smoking when my company is about getting rid of cigarette litter.in one logo was a picture of a full lit cigarette in an ashtray? Well to say the least, I STILL tried to work things out with him, but he then said that he DOES NOT WORK REVISIONS ON SATURDAY (only till 1pm) which is when we received the first revisions which I could not use, not to mention already missed the deadline for the meeting in which is why I hired him to complete the job on Friday.

Since then, I have asked for my money back and he refuses. He has sent me vulgar emails I telling me how my website sucks anyway. I have kept all of our the records and or emails for anyone needing further proof. The emails he sent me could not have been more unprofessional.
