Still have not received order after 2 Weeks!

I requested blinds on December 14th and also the projected delivery day was the 27th. I have examined the purchase also it still exhibits running. As somebody has described they've no accurate customer support. Some strange solution program. I'm just starting to feel just like I Have been scammed. I really wish that customer support gets with this purchase. Normally, I'll completely reveal my ideas. Listed here is my order # 1212142103711825.
