Not refunding or helping get my products

I requested the hair chalk on November 21. It's today Dec-27 but still nothing. I've sent the organization twice but still nothing. I am eliminating it with my lender and shutting my bill.

Clicks me off-you can't phone and obtain it solved both. This is actually the next deal of issues I've had using the organization. I'd to research to obtain the most recent quantity of one vendor who went of company. She'd improved her amount 3x. A different one the organization was completely arranged after I purchased their offer also it might end before they might create a scheduled appointment. They'dnot use me. After I sent dealfind, they responded I really could obtain a reimbursement since it was 3days after purchase. Completely frustrated!
