Charter Communications Cheap, Terrible Service, Paying for Services Unrendered

It has been over two months since we signed up with Charter. They have not provided a hard line, leaving a temporary cable draped through the yards of the entire block. They have sent technicians out 8 times in two months, (Even though we had asked specifically for the line to be installed, not for a general technician) all of which said to schedule a line crew to come out. We have yet to see that crew. It is Dec. 26 and we moved into the house around October 15. We get a different C.S. Rep. Every time we call and each time it's like they have no notes what so ever. Some days I have ended up
explaining the entire dilemma four plus times to different agents. I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them. My boyfriend has spent more. I feel like I am talking to a brick wall. They should be paying us for our time, not the other way around. Then they ask us to pay the bills and a fee for sending out so many techs. This is absolutely appalling customer service and service in general. Our internet cuts out constantly. Now they say that it will be another week for the line install when it was scheduled (AGAIN) last week. We have tried everything short of driving to their offices in Spring to complain. We cannot seem to get them to provide proper service and will be switching to Comcast in the near future.
