Order positioned on Dec. 2nd, cash obtained from my consideration on Dec. 3rd. It was a Holiday present, below it's Dec. 24th, no item is here. The web site stated 14 days for shipping. I've quit 2 emails, no reaction. Requested to get a UPS tracking range, no reaction.
