Strict action need to be done against Snap Deal Company

I put an order of “Deccan Pearls Stunning Multi Colour Ring Set” like a present for my sister-in-law from snap offer on: 12-03 15:41: 33. She obtained exactly the same on 12-09, when she start the present it had been is harm phase. She named me and update me exactly the same.

Then I call to click offer assistance group for that defective item. They increase a and recommend to deliver the snap shot of the harm item when I'll get a mail from their website. But after awaiting quite a long time i didn’t obtain any mail from snap offer aspect.

On the other hand, I contact them-and they recommend me to deliver easy-chance of the harm item on support@snapdeal.com. I deliver the 9 snap shot for them on Sunlight, Dec 9 at 10:40 AM.

After I didn’t obtained any reaction from their store, I contact again on Friday, Dec 10. Again they recommend to deliver several more snapshot for that item because they note the snapshot wasn't obvious. Again I deliver them several more snap shot to assist@snapdeal.com on Friday, Dec 10 at4:53 PM.

After I didn’t obtain any reaction again from their store, I named again on Tue, Dec 11 at 10:30 AM. They again recommend me to deliver more picture of harm item with packaging. I advance this problem to boss of Snap Offer thrice by delivering a email to him on his mail identification kunal. Bahl@snapdeal.com. The topic of the e-mail is having comment of escalation & criticism number that we lifted against harm item [Escalation: SnapDeal Customer Care # 1398961 Re: 1397977 (ticket #1398961) ]

I note the under concept in my own mail to Kunal Bahl (boss of Snap Offer). And not get any reaction actually from boss of snap offer.

When I am not obtaining acceptable reaction from snap offer assistance group please stop all my purchase and return my cash back.
