Josh Head Owner ripoff Non Delivery Of Purchased Goods. Using e-bay for internet mail fraud

HeadStarts Cards on e-bay.

Almost 3 months ago I won two auctions from Headstarts Cards on e-bay. These were for Silver Eagle coins. Seemed good to me as Mr. Head had been on e-bay for almost a year. And had 600 plus positive feedback. His phone number and address checked out as stated in his auction.

Until the last month before e-bay booted him off their site. Then negatives started piling up on him. Very late delivery, No delivery, And only part orders sent.

Myself, I could not leave any feedback on him because of his suspension on e-bay. Then a month goes by. And going into the 2 month I give Mr. Head a call. His number had been changed. But there was a forwarding phone number. So I called that. And I still could not contact Mr. Head. Then I made a number of reports to the IFFC, The FTC, and to e-bay. Then I contacted the Lafayette Police Dept In Ga..

To my surprise the complaints have been pouring in on Mr. Head. Since then he had moved his business to the state of Tennesse. At least that is where one of his current phone numbers is listed.

The police told me that he was giving refunds. But it was very slow. And still some people have not recieved theirs. That would be including me. The last time the lafayette police talked to Mr. Head. He said I would be getting either my items or my money back. So far none of which I have received. And when I call both of his numbers. All I get is his answering service. Even when the police told him to send me my money or items. He still refuses to do so.

If other people have been victimized by him. Please contact the lafayette police in Ga. Their number is 706-638-8500. Ask for Mr. Robert Tate as he is handling the case at this time.
