Are your HIPAA rights being violated?

Our mother visited the IM at Kadlec Local Clinic and a worker there that doesn't like her discussed her medical documents outside the clinic environment to relatives and buddies.

This same person usually discusses individuals, giggling about their problems as well as takes images of himself and co workers playing around at work.

She lay in a packed club and chuckled and joked about atleast THREE additional individuals revealing really individual facts regarding their problems and just why these were within the clinic.

While my mother reported towards the clinic, this worker set a restraining order on her behalf and also the hospital did NOTHING!!
