Long Term Disability Claim Denial

After three heart attacks I was placed on long term disability by my company. Although my Doctors still do not release me to return to work, the Insurance Co. Drs. (who have never examined me) have advised the Insurance Co. Adjusters to discontinue payments. I have been without pay since November of 1999, living from my savings.
