Cybersonic toothbrushes William Elliot RIP OFF Tooth brushes

Purchased this 1 year ago in Nov, finally in oct I recieved 3 sets of brushes. Also sent back unit Oct 22 to be replaced as it shocked my son it was to be replaced and they won't replace it as to date. So far they claim to have sent me 3 units, haven't seen one yet. It's now almost Feb. Spoke with a supervisior named Sloan. Not a people person. Have to wait along time for someone to respond while on hold. Have my own business and someone would have my butt for the long wait. Thay said they'd refund my $100.00 plus by 3 people if I hve receipt which I do and faxed but finally in Jan Sloan decided not. Does she own it NO. William Elliot if you see this as you are the president and a very bad one. I want a refund.
