No product after 3 weeks and debited my credit card

I ordered a trial bottle of Ketone breeze. I did not receive it after 2 weeks but noticed a $92.00 Canadian charge on my credit card. Tried calling for four hours and finally a lady came on the phone and said she was the only rep working that evening and said I would get my money back within 24 hrs. To date no refund so called today 5 days later, and a male answered and said he could see in the system my acct was closed but the rep had not made a refund so he said he would. I will believe it when I see it. For the person who said they charged them x 2 89.99us please keep trying their phone no and demand your money back Oh yes I received my trial bottle a few minutes ago and there is 50 mg caffeine and you have to take 2/day. You can be sure that is what speeds you up. Mine is going to the disposal and anyone with a fast heart rate should definitely not take this product. It is just another form of energy drink!!!
