The "brush continuity" also included a "whitening gel continuity"
It took 6 months for them to send the "every 3 months" brush replacements, but they also sent more whitening gel which was not part of the deal. I was charged $19.90 each time and, as you all know by now, the customer service numbers are a hoax.
As soon as I get offline I'm going to call the number to place an order and see what I can do from that approach.
