Is a farce

Got toothbrush, After a month started turning on and off by itself in the middle of the night. That was weird trying to find out were the buzz was coming from. Then it "decided" to turn on and wouldn't turn off. Had to put it outside till it went dead. Shipped it back, finally after umpteen emails and a couple of months got a new one. Worked for two days then wouldn't turn on but it "still got hot!!!" I'm sure others have heard that line before. Don't even go to the toothbrush replacements. I demanded my money back and they said 30 day return, I said yeah if I didn't like it! BUT THIS PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. Urich you should be ashamed for backing this product but I guess you'll do anything for the money. Say goodbye to your career.
