Ripoff waiting for my refund

I purchase the merchandise round the last days of july, and delivered the clear containers after thirty days. Until nowadays I've not gotten my money-back, alternatively I acquired a paper advertisement having a postit notice stating "lilian, check it out, it works! Dr. M". I've named the telephones numbres however they have already been disconnected. Did they remove their very own telephone numbers simply because they understand individuals have grievances and could be calling them? I suppose so.

I'd like my money-back not characters informing me to test it. I previously did also it doesn't function. It generally does not claim something about delivering backup of check or evidence of purchase, it simply claims "return the vacant item pot along side any unused part to get a complete reimbursement of the purchase price." I simply need my money-back because it is guaranteed within the advertisement.
