This company is a fradulent setup and is ripping many people off. I agreed to a free trial through a promotion (another fraud) to win a Flat Screen TV through a Product Test Panel company. I cancelled my membership after receiving the trial but my card has continued to be charged despite sending numerous e-mails, phone calls, etc. I had to contact my local bank to recuperate my money and to put a block on any further charges.

The Customer Service setup is a hoax because the line is either busy, the mailbox is full or you permanently remain on hold. The e-mail customer service is also fraudulent because despite cancelling through e-mail, the company will continue to bill your card and WILL NOT return your money.

I had to go through a national search to locate a phone number for this address and ended up talking to a business next door who has received many phone complaints about this company and had to WALK THEIR PHONE NEXT DOOR because Jevene would not answer the phone.

This company needs to be sued into bankruptcy!
