On July 18 I went into my gym, You Fit, in Glendale, AZ. I explained to the slick sales man/personal trainer that I was not working and only had limited funds in my account to devote to my much needed weight loss. I also explained that I have fibromyalgia and am very weak from muscle atrophy and needed to build muscle so that I can get healthy enough to earn a living. He told me that they work with every budget and if I can walk through the door they will be sure I am well taken care of on my budget. He then said that to start I can meet with a trainer 2X's a week for a month for $320 (plus $49 processing fee). After that I can meet 1X a week for three months for $180 a month and then reassess my funding. I agreed to these terms, however the contract he gave me was for $320 a month for nine months. When I questioned it, he said it was just the initial and had to be that way to get the first month on 2X's a week, but after I paid the initial I could downgrade to what we agreed on.
