When you owe them money they want it right away but forget it when they owe you, you wait months

I visited the IM and was charged $390.00 U created a cost of $00 after which another cost of $390 in June. I over-paid them by $100 and when I recognized this created many telephone calls into them. I talked with Hollise Alexander and was informed I'd obtain my cash quickly and today it's March and that I still haven't. Nowadays is likely to be my next call into him and he's not really delivered my phone. While you owe them money-they want to buy immediately but overlook it once they owe you, you wait weeks.
