Joe Wagner Promised exclusive distribution territory for medical products

I was approached by Lisa Crane saying she worked for national executive recruiting and had found my details on careerbuilder.com asking if i was interested in an exclusive distributorship for a patented medical product. She praised my background and asked if I had some capital to invest in a venture.

I was then called by Joe Wagner who started telling me about Health Solutions and the new product they have for testing urine samples and and providing wellness treatment to manage diseases such as diabetes. When I asked him to send me some information on the product he declined saying we could cover all the product detail in a webinar and that he wanted my partner present as over 90% of distributors failed because they did not have the support of their spouse. I told him he sounded suspect and he became more aggressive and told me to do my research by calling either of Bill Douglas (314-709-8547), Jack Warner (812-655-4620) or Melissa Geison (?) (727-744-8692).

Bill Douglas: no answer

Jack Warner: said there was no product but that he sold a system to doctors on how to make money. He could not tell me the name of any of the products he sold and kept referring back to the system and saying how he could go golfing overseas in nice hotels and not use any of his retirement.

Melissa: Followed the same story given by Joe Wagner saying that there was a patented product and that she was earing $170k off 38 clients. She was the most credible.

I called Health Solutions from www.healthsolutions.com who had never heard of Joe Wagner or Lisa Crane. I then called the number Wagner had given me to find that Lisa Crane works in the same office as Wagner. The receptionist became very defensive saying she worked for several fifferent companies in the office and would not give me their location untill I explained that it was not a difficult question to answer and that there were a number of red flags including the Health Solutions denial that Joe Wagner works for them. I called the number on Lisa Crane's email which was routed to the same receptionist.

Both were busy when I called. Left messages for them to call me back.
