I was a patient of Dr. Richard Galitz for 12 years. He had done several facial procedures, which were satisfactory. I discussed what my goals were to be achieved and was assured that I would be happy. The muscle in my neck was cut without my authorization and pulled so tight that I have a lump under my chin. My lower eyelids were cut and pulled unevenly. My neck was done twice as I had gone back to complain. I asked to have my nose thinned out and the bridge to be lowered. I paid 1800.00 additional for this and when I went back I was told that there was nothing more they could do. I asked for my money back and was told that they do not do refunds. I spent $10,000.00 and I look exactly the same as when I went in before the surgery with little to no difference. I was also told that the work was to be done under local anethesia. I suspect this is because the procedures are not invasive that only a small nip or slight pulling of skin is done. No repositioning which is what a real facelift mid, lower or otherwise consists of. Please beware that if you are looking for a significant change in the look of your appearance do not go to Dr. Galitz. He is a rip off!!
