Supping cpap machine noing lost contract with insurance

In december i visited lincare in greeneville tenn. To obtain new cpap since i'd be performing busness ther for some years i acquired a cpap completed insurance paperwork till last of may obtained bill for 7 weeks of costs for rent to purchase on cpap inches wouldn't protect since they weren't contracted with my insurance since november. Is that this deceivetful not informing client or is it a method to get cash noing client will need to pay statement since insurance doesn't have contract with provider
