Stay away from these guys

I obtained a notice declaring my mom includes a plan with amazing. My mom died in 1992. After I named amazing, I had been informed that the plan did occur. I had been advised to send a state, death certification, and hippa type for them. I subsequently obtained a notice from their store declaring they obtained all my info and might approach the calim within 15 times of getting my types. I subsequently named 14 days later and was informed the state was repaid in 1992. Plus they said they never shut the state out in 1992 but declined to deliver me evidence the state was compensated.
