Scam - Rude and unprofessional location staff

Don't sign up for 28-day online membership. It's a scam. They take your money online and once you visit the location you choose, the gym manager and sales staff do not honour your membership without a membership# that you are never given. They only say you got an email with your membership form but you don't. That's it. There goes your money!

No professionalism - manager accuses you of misplacing your membership # and does not return your email. Rude - sales rep is accusatory and walks away before you have a chance to tell your story. Does even want to shake your hand with you first meet them.
